MY PROCESS
I design learning experiences with a focus on clarity, structure, and usability. My process is grounded in understanding the learner, organizing information effectively, and building engaging, practical training solutions.
1. Understand the Goal
I begin by identifying the purpose of the training, the target audience, and the desired outcomes. This includes understanding what the learner needs to do differently after completing the training.
2. Analyze & Organize Content
I break down complex information into manageable sections and identify key steps, decision points, and essential knowledge. I structure content in a way that supports logical progression and reduces cognitive overload.
3. Design the Learning Experience
I select the most effective format for the content—video, interactive modules, or guided walkthroughs—and design the flow of the experience. I focus on clarity, pacing, and engagement, using visual hierarchy and selective disclosure to guide attention.
4. Develop & Build
Using tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Adobe After Effects, I create the learning materials, integrating visuals, narration, and interactivity.
5. Evaluate & Refine
I review the learning experience for clarity, usability, and effectiveness, making adjustments to improve flow, comprehension, and engagement.
